LACK OF NECESSITY
means something which someone do not need to do. If you still doing that (activity/something) it is useless.
1. Because of corona virus, the students don't have to study at class as usually.
Because of corona virus, both students and lecturer cannot study at class as usually. But, the students should be study at home based on material which served by the lecturer trough e-learning. If the students keep come to the class, it will useless. It is because, there is no activity in the class.

PROHIBITION
means something you cannot to do. Its is Prohibition. If you disobey this rule, you will get the impact.
2. The students must not cheat during the test.
If the students keep cheating during the test, they will get punishment from lecturer.  The students can not do that.
