Be supposed to and be to express:

1.      Idea from someone.

2.      It expects something happened.

3.      It is also express expectation about schedule event or correct procedures.

4.      Express expectation about behavior/ particular person to do something

Be supposed to gives the idea that someone else expects (request or requires) behaviors.

-          The structure class is supposed to start at 3.30 p.m

-          The students are supposed to answer the oral test.

-          The train is supposed to arrive 10 minutes again.

Be to stated strong expectations such as rules, laws, instructions, demands, and orders.

-          Indonesian lawyer Club is to begin at 8 p.m on Tuesday.
