MUST
Must is strongest necessity. Must used in formal situation. if create necessity's sentence, there is no choice and you should do it.
1. Because of Corona virus, the students must study trough e-learning.
In this situation, there is no choice. The CORONA virus is danger, so the students must stay at
home to avoid more victims. So, the students should be study at home with e-learning.
2. You (students) must learn about necessity today.
In this situation, all of the students must study about necessity. It is because your material today is
about necessity. Then, you cannot learn another topic.

HAVE TO
have to is another type of necessity. We can use it if you have choice to do something. It is because have to is not strong than must (REMEMBER). Have to usually pronounce as "hatta" or "hasta"
1. The students have to study structure through e-learning but, the server often down.
In this case, the students actually should be learn structure through e-learning, unfortunately the
server often down. So, may be the lecturer give another method to give the structure material or
the students do not study about structure until the e-learning server is ready to used (the choice is
     appear).

2. I have to talk with my lecturer about how to answer the structure assignment.
You have assignment, the you want talk with your lecturer.  This is not final choose. Before you
call your lecturer, you could asking your friends first,  or may be you can asking someone else.
    This is possible choices.

HAVE GOT TO
Have got to usually pronounce as "gotta" . Have got to usually used in informal situation or speaking English. In writing have got to rarely used, but in speaking it is primarily.
1. I have got to send structure assignment trough email.
